It's just like Archimedies once said...

Since we last posted we've covered Pisa, Steaks, Menton and Monaco!

We made our planned stop in Pisa on Friday. Our directions to the car park were a bit off, so it was only a flying visit to the tower, but we still managed to all get our customary "propping up the tower" photos! Next it was a dash up the motorway to make it to Menton in time for a fantastic meal at a local French restaurant down at the beach front; the steaks were fabulous, and the wine was plentiful!

Saturday saw us nip into Monaco for a couple of hours for a belated birthday brunch, before retreating back to the villa to chill at the poolside with BBQ, a couple of drinks and lilos. I even got my glass to float along all on its own!

This morning we are making our way down the French Riviera towards Montpellier. We carefully planned our route through Monaco to take a drive by the Monte Carlo Casino and through the iconic tunnels, with our cars putting the Ferraris, Rolls and lambos to shame!
